At ABC School Supplies, we want to ensure your classroom is perfectly equipped; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused school supplies in their original box, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
